Bedouin Foods?

I have a somewhat random question: what kinds of foods to bedouins eat?

I ask because I run a youth group and the teens would like to learn more about bedouin culture, with part of that learning process involving making/eating traditional bedouin foods. Trouble is, I can't find info about this anywhere!
