Pierre Gagnaire (moved from Ontario board)

Have been on the hunt for quite sometime for a book Pierre Gagnaire put out some 15 years ago, titled cuisine immediate. The endeavor has proven un-successful, and I was wondering if anyone around the site might have some advice on tracking down a copy. Help is appreciated.

    1. He has just opened a new resto at the new City Center, Las Vegas called TWIST> perhaps you can search for the restaurant website and find out if they are selling the book there whcih could be ordered on-line?????

        1. Have you tried calling Kitchen Letters and Arts, (212) 876-5550? If they can't get the book for you then no one can.

            1. If money is no object, you can get a copy on amazon.fr for 295€.
