Best Bear Claw in the South Bay???

As far a doughnuts go I like Crullers, the ones that look like big off road tires and Bear Claws. I usually get mine at Mom's Doughnut Shop located on the southeast corner of Inglewood and Marine. They have 2 choices of Bear Claw, the sugar glazed and the crumble topping. The apple filling is not to sweet and has more than enough to spill over when you bite into it.
Anyone have a favorite place to go?

Bear claws are among my favorite pastries. The only places I've found that do them right are Neldam's in Oakland, CA and Emil's Swiss Pastry in WLA. Unfortunately, I got nothing in the South Bay...
PS: Be sure to call Emil's to make sure they have them. They don't make them every day, and often sell out in a few hours, but will put one aside if you ask.
Never been to Mom's, but just a few miles away you'll find Randy's Donuts, which has an excellent bear claw. (The greatest example of this delicacy in the Westron World -- west of Kansas, at least -- is at the Black Bear Diner chain, which doesn't answer emails pleading for an outlet in Los Angeles.)
If you're willing to abandon the bright lights of the South Bay, go to Donut Man in Glendora for the best French crullers hereabouts. Light. Airy. "Young man, where did that box of crullers go?!"
