do they have to be whole? slivered are usually easier to find for some reason. if you can use slivered, Trader Joe's has them, and most supermarket chains stock the Blue Diamond ones in the baking aisle.

or you can buy plain and blanch them yourself. most grocery stores sell whole raw almonds. drop in boiling water for a minute. shock 'em in ice water and spread in a single layer on paper towels. the skins will slide right off.
