Update on pink panda party, need a little more help

I posted a while back asking for food ideas for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. The theme will be centered around a cake that is a panda wearing a pink tutu, and the colors will be pink, black, white, and a little bit of green is okay. I'm trying to keep the foods to those colors as well. I've come up with a menu, but I need a few more ideas on how to pull it off. Here's what I've got:

Panda cake
Pink fluff oreo pretzel salad
Pink punch or strawberry bubble tea
Ham salad sandwiches
Hamburger sliders with some kind of pink aoli
Strawberry preserves w/brie on crackers or French bread
Black olive and mozzarella tapenade
Black figs, if I can find them in Florida in February
Something green and brown - maybe chocolate mint, but I don't really need anything else sweet

So the pink aoli - I can do a red pepper mayo, but what else? We are not really into beets.
And what about something green and brown? Possibly green beans to go with the burgers and sandwiches, but I am very open to other ideas. I could sub something choc-mint for the pink fluff oreo salad, but I don't know what.
