Getting together for a dinner with cousins. Looking for a Chinese restaurant in Torrance, maybe Shanghainese, Cantonese, Szechwan, bascially anything good.

Shanghai -- Shanghai Palace in the Torrance Ramada Inn at 2880 Pacific Coast Hwy.

Thanks Chandavkl. Would PV Palace be a good option for dinner? It looks like they specialize in Dim Sum.

Dimsum in the daytime; seafood and other H.K. style fare at night.

to be more precise, i believe the name is... 'nice china cafe'.......they also make good roast duck but you have to order it one day ahead of time minimum.

Most authentic would be Sue's Kitchen on Crenshaw north of Lomita Blvd. Small and informal.

The spicy beef noodle soup is one of the better ones in Southern Cal. I also like the spicy beancurd with fish fillet. The beef roll is very good. There are numerous Sichuan type food on the menu that is very good as well.
