What to do with ground veal?
I mentioned to my wife that I might make a veal scaloppine and she brought home *ground* veal.
Does anyone have a great recipe for ground veal?
You can make German Style hamburgers,
Italian Bolognese or Meatballs
blkery's suggestion looks like a winner......but I would add a veal patty parmigiana into the mix as well.....either as a sandwich or with pasta as a dinner.
When I hear "ground veal" I definitely think bolognese for sure. Those tamales sound really neat, though...
