Great Sides for Christmas Dinner

I was hoping someone could recommend a place that offers great sides for Christmas dinner, most importantly fantastic stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. I have tried Summerhill Market before and although it was good, I would like to try another place. Any ideas?

    1. Cumbrae's (2 locations: Church or Bayview) or Loic (Queen and Broadview)

Thanks, I picked up the smashed mashed potatoes, gravy and sage stuffing from Cumbrae's yesterday. I also bought the store made lasagna with goat cheese, ground chicken, ricotta cheese and bechamel sauce, it was wicked good!

I am disappointed to report that I was rather disappointed with the sides I picked up from Cumbrae's. I thought the smashed mashed potatoes were way too rich and the sage stuffing was not up to my expectations either. Oh well, I am sure a lot of the products there are hit and miss like many other places.

    2. Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to "outsource" sides this year for one particular holiday get-together and looked to Summerhill for help. The apple & sage dressing was great. The mashed sweet potato and turnips (separately) were good. The cranberry/orange sauce likewise. The pumpkin pie, as usual, was excellent. The only thing we weren't happy with was the gravy, didn't seem to have much flavour.

Summerhill's dressing was out of this world good. Best yet!! I could not stop nibbling on it. Even cold from the fridge, it was OMG good.
