Greek omelettes and/or veggie frittatas in TO
Interested in veggie omelette/frittata type egg dishes where the eggs and fillings are mixed together.
For Greek omelettes (the type with tomato & feta), I'm pretty happy with the version at Good Bite, the Patrician & the Fry Basket, but I'd be interested in hearing other mom & pop type restos that do a good version.
Also interested in any good veggie frittatas that anyone has found around town. For veggie frittatas on a foccaccia, I like the various versions at Caffe Latte just north of Eg on Yonge.
Not interested in the French type of omelette where there are 3 eggs surrounding a filling- I want the good stuff to be mixed in with the eggs before it's cooked.

Liked my Greek omelette at Goodbite this morning. $8.95 for a Greek omelette, home fries (ordered extra crispy), toast (choice of white, brown or rye), and coffee (including a warm-up). Best breakfast deal in North Toronto, as far as I can tell. Service was friendly and quick, and the food was delivered to the table as soon as it was ready. And unlike Le Petit Dejeuner, where I ate breakfast earlier this week, Goodbite was air-conditioned.
My current breakfast rotation includes Fry Basket, Goodbite, Detroit Eatery, the Patrician and Motorama. Reasonably priced, decent quality, and friendly service.

Liked a recent Greek omelette at Detroit Eatery on the Danforth. Detroit Eatery is my current favourite greasy spoon for breakfast, with the Fry Basket on Yonge north of Steeles coming in as a close second.
