Chestnut Gnocchi

Ok, I'm dying...grew up in an Italian family...lived in Italy...cook Italian food almost exclusively and can't make chestnut gnocchi to save my life. Some recipes seem to call for the traditional potato and flour method which ends up tasting NOT like chestnut and others (Tuscan) just call for the basic four and water which end up heavy and tough. Please HELP!

      Yes. All recipes I've seen call for a combination of chestnut and wheat flours...some with more chestnut flour than others, but all with more wheat flour than chestnut.
