Looking for a bought Christmas pudding that will remind us of grandma's

The Christmas pudding I brought from Toronto to Vancouver yesterday came from All the Best Fine Foods. They are part of the so-called "five thieves" and are situated just below the Summerhill Liquor store. I also have with me a tub of their hard sauce or brandy butter as some people call it. I've done this for the past three Christmases and the pudding and the sauce have always been well received.

Brick st Bakery sells it, have not tried it yet but hope to pick one up today - English-style stuff with dried fruit seems to be a strong suit of theirs. They have additional locations in Leslieville & the Beach.

Well I just picked mine up from Brick St - 1lb pudding for $20, 2lb for $30, comes with hard sauce (although not a large amount). They had a sign suggesting people order in advance, but also plenty of puddings on hand at the Logan St location.
