I'm assuming this is the Pond House restaurant in Elizabeth Park in West Hartford, CT.

Yes...west Hartford. So, a long sleeve dress with tights and boots is ok? How is the food?

The food is nothing to write home about. Not bad at all, but I can't think of a single dish that's good for me to recommend. They try hard, though.
Remember that if you want beer or wine you've got to bring your own. They impose a "corkage fee" which I think is ridiculous. A corkage fee, in my experience, only gets applied when a restaurant *has* their own wine list.
