It always annoys me when I have leftover French fries. They are never any good reheated. I haven't tried it yet but this seems like a great idea (under the "What's New" section

FRENCH FRY POTATO SOUP

16 oz. Pkg. Plain frozen French –fried potatoes
11/2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp. Instant chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. Onion powder
1/8 tsp. Paprika
1/8 tsp. Pepper
3 cups of milk
1 10 3/4 oz. Can condensed cream of celery soup
1 8 oz pkg. Processed cheese spread, cubed french –fried onions
Great Harvest Oregon Herb or Irish Baked Potato Bread

Basically, bring everything but the milk, canned soup and cheese to a boil. Puree, Add canned soup and milk. Heat and add cheese slowly till it melts. Top with fried onions.

Ok ... not the most gourmet thing in the world or healthy ... but we are starting with French fries, ya know.

So, I googled to see if anyone else was doing this ... and yes.

This version is simlar and uses cream of cheddar cheese soup and bacon bits ... or real crumbled bacon if you must go all foodie about it.
