Anybody have any suggestions on good, off-the-beaten-path New Year's Eve events/parties? I want to avoid all of the typical downtown/West Glen places. I would have loved if the Royal Mile would have had something, or the Cosmopolitan Lounge, so if you know about anything going on at places like that, I'm all ears. The DMSC event sounds like too much...

There does seem like a lot - but when I was at the Circus event - they had chill DJ rooms in the back and I hear they will have those this time.

Not really my area, but I would suggest checking Cityview web-site Wednesday. The new issue might have some ideas. I usually pick one up every week, If I see anything that looks interesting, I'll let you know.
