Best place for sushi LUNCH in Vegas?

Looking for a wonderful sushi lunch in Las Vegas... Unfortunately, Nobu and Okada are not open for lunch. Any ideas??

    It's been a long time, but I thought Hyakumi (at Caesars) had very good sushi. The atmosphere? Well, if you like a sushi bar that overlooks a busy thoroughfare near the casino, you'll be happy; otherwise...
