Seeking Vegan or Vegetarian Restaurants in Broward County

We're actually staying in Weston for a few days but have access to a car and are willing to drive for tasty vegan.

In Weston is a pizza place called Pizza Fusion. It is excellent! Most of the ingredients are organic and they do have vegan pizza with soy cheese. Sublime is worth the trip - it is a higher end restaurant that happens to be vegan. It is not cheap, as it is also mostly organic but all of the proceeds go to an animal rescue organization. You must try the crispy cauliflower! If you want to drive Northeast about 20 minutes, there is a little hole in the wall place in Coral Springs called Falafel Bistro. The only vegan restaurant I know of is Sublime on Federal Highway in Oakland Park.
