200 person wedding reception preferably in Joshua Tree Park where it's byo catering?

True blue foodies looking for a reasonably priced venue either in Los Angeles or preferably the desert for 200 or so people.Also open to ranches near LA? We're not interested in Malibu or beach towns. Any suggestions?
