I am looking for all the places that serve Sushi PIzza?

Can anyone help me?

  1. I had it for the first time last week at Globefish in Marda Loop. Spectacularly good.

    1. Sushi Man has a decent version, with crispy rice.

I am not sure if this applies to what you are looking for but Flatiron Grill in the NE has a Ahi Tuna flatbread that is really good.

Ahi tuna, red onion, tomato, wasabi & Togo mayo, fresh cilantro

That's not what's meant by sushi pizza- sushi pizza has a base of a fried, crisp disk of short-grain rice, but if that ahi is raw and minus the tomatoes, you actually have toppings that can go on sushi pizza. Put some shredded nori on there too.

Sadly, Sushi Man closed last July.

        3. Tenshi Sushi in Kensington has it on their menu. Says: "Deep fried sushi rice, topped with salmon, scallop, tobiko, avocado and garnished with special sauce."

I've had sushi pizza before, but not at Tenshi...I loved pretty much everything else I've had at Sushi Tenshi though.

          1. El's in Marda Loop and Gunkan in the NW has it.

            1. I remember Sushi Boat in Crowfoot has Sushi Pizza.

              1. I found 2 other places as well. Thanks to everyone who posted and I am going to try them out

Sakana Grill ( downtown) and Chopsticks in the NE

                1. So it's been a couple of years... anyone know of any new places that have popped up?!!??! I'm craving again!!!!!

Another recommendation for Sushi Boat in Crowfoot, go there often, have had the sushi pizza.

                  2. I had a "sushi pizza" at Ajisai in Panorama and although I cant remember the cost and can't seem to find a copy of the menu anywhere, I remember it being extremely good. For a quick fix for sushi closer to home, Ajisai isn't bad either for their regular sushi. Didn't have a chance to try too many Hot foods though so can't vouch for their tempura, although I hear that's good too.

Last night we returned to Ajisai for their Sushi Pizza specifically. It was as good as ever and cost $10.95. Their Aburi Scallop Roll is terrific as well!

                    2. Sushi Kawa in Mission has it (2204 4 Street SW)
