What is the difference between cream of tomato soup and tomato bisque soup?
I love tomato bisque soup and I'm looking for a good, easy recipe. I hate cream of tomato soup. I don't know how they differ. Can anyone help?
If you look at the discussions that are below this thread you will see one titled "Pet Peeve - Bisque" Reading through that thread should help you understand, to some degree, what the difference is, if there really is a difference. Personally I like both and think that bisque is a bit thicker, but other than that they taste the same to me.
