Arizimendi Bakery to open in San Rafael

This spot on Fourth Street, down near Lootens, is under construction and according to the web site, scheduled for early 2010 opening. Can someone tell me what time bread is out for sale in other branches? Probably not 7 am. Any specific recommendations? What are Wolverines?

Bakery ones, not the animals :)

    1. First answer: U of M students who hang around Zingerman's Bakehouse Ann Arbor.
Second answer: rolls with apricots, pecans, cherries and raisins, al least according to Alice Waters' recipe for the original. Changes may have been made.

I pariticularly liked the hot sticky buns with nuts in a snail shape that I used to get at the Grand Ave. store as they opened when I was working. I think Susans something.
