Egg/Poultry CSA (SEA)

Menu for Hope is up on the blogs, (quick plug - great cause, great gift idea), and one of the prizes in the SF area is an Egg CSA. I would LOVE that! I haven't done a CSAs in awhile, b/c I love picking and chosing produce at farmer's markets, but if you don't get there early, the eggs are always gone! anyone know of a farm that does a CSA for eggs/poutltry???

Thanks, I know them well from QA market. Sounds perfect.

    2. Twisted S Ranch in Enumclaw - Robin 253-709-8294. They have eggs, chickens. Not a CSA, but they come to Eastside and Seattle on weekends and can bring what you want, ie: 1, 2 or 3 chickens, etc.

      1. As far as people being out of eggs when you get there, I feel your pain. I believe that Stokesberry Sustainable Farm [both in U-District and Ballard] told me that they were doing an egg CSA and I can't see why they couldn't add in poultry. I think most of their eggs are being snatched up by restaurants which is why they started a CSA for us regular folk.

In my humble experience, they have very tasty stuff.
