I have some canned chicken broth in my fridge from 3 weeks ago. Is it still good to use in a braise - or should I toss it?
I've kept canned broth in a clean jar with a screw top for a couple of weeks and I used it in a cream sauce with no problem...I'd probably use it if it...but taste first to make sure it's still good...
