"Chow" restaurant in Boca Raton

Anyone been to Chow Restaurant in Boca (Royal Palm Plaza)?

I haven't, but looking at their website, the menu seems to be all over the place. Meatballs with ricotta cheese, szechuan tuna stir-ry and then lamb chop with roasted potatoes. It also seems to want to be a nightclub. Hopefully someone will try it and post.
