Anyplace open on Christmas in Nashville (beside Opryland)?

We'll be back in town with this being the first Christmas since my father-in-law died. We'd like to take my mother-in-law out for Christmas lunch, but I'm afraid there will be nowhere to go (except Opryland).

Opryland may have to do, but if anyone has any other recommendations or information, know that it will be greatly appreciated!

Most Chinese and Indian restaurants will be open.

Ruby Tuesday is open until 6PM and TGI Friday's opens at 4PM - call your local restaurant to be sure.

        What about the 1808 Grille?

Also, the Capital Grille at the Hermitage.

Thanks chickstein for the mention about 1808 Grille in Nashville. We decided to head up there this weekend to celebrate Christmas and enjoyed a excellent Christmas eve meal. Definatley make a reservation so you can sit in the dining room. We didn't so we sat at the bar at one of the tables. We had great service and a great meal. Started with Pazole- a pork stew and then had the Potato Truffle Ravioli and Pappardelle Forestiere Style. We also had a side of Spagetti Squash with sage and bacon. Jakes' freakin good chocolate cake capped off our meal along with a nice bottle of Chardonnay. We would definatley go back especially since our server said the menu changes seasonally.
