Looking for old Chicken recipe

I'm looking for an old recipe that was commonly on the back of a whole fryer bag of fresh chicken that was sold in puget sound. It may have been Petersons farms? This was likey older then 6 years. It may have been called Lemon Herb Chicken, Herb roasted Chicken? Here are the ingredents I can remember:

Lemon juice
Olive oil
Garlic
salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Thyme (maybe)?
balsamic vinegar (maybe)?

I had it misspelled. Its Pedersons. And they were purchased by Foster farms who also had scooped up another local chicken farm called Lynden both in the late 1990's.
