Recommendations for private room dinner

I'm looking to book a private room for dinner. It will be for about 10-15 people. It would be good if the space offered a open bar option as well. I am leaning towards a steakhouse, but any venue where a good cut of steak would be good too. I would like to stay in the $100-$150 per person range. I would prefer to be below 60th street, but if the food is worth it, any area of Manhattan would be okay. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I think Angelo and Maxis has a private room. If you want to do fish, BLT Fish has a great space. Ben and Jacks on 5th Ave. also has some great private rooms.
