Mu husband and I have a meeting near Sherway Gardens tomorrow and I wondered if anyone had a place they like for dinner near there

For something really reasonable, and quick, try the pot pies available in the Hot Oven Bakery in Cloverdale mall, just a few mins drive from sherway, its on east mall and dundas.They have great desserts too

Much cheaper, for pretty good Italian food, try Thyme restauraunt on the Queensway

Since I'm virtually never in this area, I'd take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy an omakase meal at Kaji. Granted, it is an expensive option, but well worth it, in my opinion. Call to make sure space is available.

On the other end of the price scale, you could head up to Dundas and Burnhamthorpe and check out one of Korean restaurants there. Meals in these restos are cheap, cheerful, delicious and filling.

It's right across the street.
