San Antonio Chilis?

I'm from Houston and when you go to the giant Fiestas there, there are huge piles of all kinds of peppers (dried and fresh) When I moved to San Antonio I thought there was going to be even more of this kind of thing. But so far the only store I see is HEB and they have failed in the pepper department. Is there some grocery chain I've missed? Where do Mexicans who want Mexican ingredients shop?

HEB varies their products based on neighborhood. If you go to one on the SS, they have a much bigger selection, especially of dried chilis.
