My coworkers and I developed a bit of an obsession with the stuff during holiday market season as well... luckily obsessions often lead to resourcefulness and somebody found it!

A friend who lives in Luxembourg brought me a jar. I'd never heard of it before. My daughter and I made crepes with Spekuloos filling last night. Delicious. I can see this stuff becoming the new Nutella. Good to know there might be a Manhattan source when our supply runs out.
