Stromboli or stuffed bread - near Delco/Main Line

lillotis Dec 14, 2009 01:45 PM

We are having a party and for one of the appetizers I want to serve some cut up stromboli's. I can cook or reheat them at home. Any ideas where I can get great stromboli? Pizza shop or Italian specialty shops???

i consider manayunk near the mainline so i recommend marchianno's on umbria street. they also do a great tomato pie that you can have them cut into small, appetizer-sized pieces. the tomato pies are HUGE by the way. :)

Second for Marchianno's in Manayunk. Also, Conshohocken bakery makes a mean tomato bread, which suggests their stromboli would be worth a try.
