Best Pecan Pie?

I'm a freak for some good pecan pie. Tell me where I may find the best of this delicious dessert in the Silver Spring/Rockville area! Thanks!

What part of the pecan pie do you like best? The pecans or the molasses? You can find one with plenty of nuts, and one that's too sweet and gooey, but you probably have your own personal preference for the balance. I rather like what they serve at Famous Dave's BBQ. Probably the closest to you would be Gaithersburg or Columbia.

Opinions of BBQ are like those of pecan pie, so you might like there barbecue, too.

I do enjoy Famous Dave's -- I've been to the one in Laurel a few times. I'll definitely have to try their pecan pie out. I love the corn syrup/custard filling and buttery crust of pecan pie the most.

I bought a pecan pie from Costco for the Holidays and I gotta tell you that it was one of the best pecan pies..it was under $10 and served over 8 people..
Everyone considered themselves pecan pie snobs and they all raved about it!

Oh cool, I never really consider Costco because I go there so often (Beltsville location). But yes, their desserts are amazing and I think that's a good place to start. I hope they have their pecan pie phased in by this time of year, because I think I'm going tomorrow =].
