24th Birthday dinner downtown in the middle of winter?

Hi all,

I stumbled across these boards in a search to find a great venue for a birthday dinner. I'm coming from Mississauga (as is the good majority of my friends) so I'm looking for something that is close to the subway, in case my good ol' January 16th birthday is dumped upon by the cold and other assorted wintery goodness.

I'm looking for a place with great food/drinks, at a $20-$30 per person price point, which can hold up to a 30 person group reservation. Also, if there's a dance floor nearby, that's a bonus!

Nothing too loud or crazy, please. We're all arts nerds :)
