Looking for the best fresh/salad rolls

Help! I am thowing a holiday part for vegans and am looking to pick up a tray of Thai fresh rolls....some places call them salad rolls. The ones wrapped with rice paper filled with rice noodles and veggies.

I've had a lot of bad ones. Ones that weren't rolled tighly enough...ones that were mushy...etc.

Can anyone recommend a resto with amazing rolls that will prep them for me so I can simply plate them at home?

  1. I quite like the ones at Hanoi 3 Seasons. I order the fresh shrimp rolls, but they definitely do a veg version. I particularly like them because they have lots of fresh herbs inside and are aren't all noodles and iceberg lettuce. If you call ahead, they'll make them fresh and package them up for you. You could probably even bring a plate or platter ahead of time and have them assemble the rolls right on your serving dish. Saves you the hassle of trying to transfer sticky rolls that could tear.
