Caterer suggestions - Cocktail Reception Wedding!

Hi Everyone!

My fiance and I are planning our July 2010 wedding which will be hosted on the grounds of my parents home - we're thinking of having a sunset ceremony outside followed by a cocktail reception, dessert buffet and late-night snack station.

I'm just wondering if anyone here has a referral for a wedding caterer that specializes in appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, and food stations?

We really want to forego the formal sit-down dinner for a more relaxed, cocktail party-like atmosphere!

Any advice would be most appreciated!

Have you considered all-organic? There's Carole Ferrari from the Local Café. She's a lovely person, and I hear the food is fabulous.

I can tell you I have been to great cocktail events put on by the following caterers:

My advice having hired a caterer recently for my wedding is get quotes from as many reputable people as possible and remember their quote is just a starting point for negotiating. I f you are doing the wedding in someone's home, there will be a big cost if the caterer has to bring in the actual cooking equipment versus using what is on site.
