20-25 guests for Chanukah party, cake recipe needed!

I'm having a "small" Chanukah party this Tuesday night and qhilw I have most of my menu planned and shopped for, I'm still contemplating the sweets table. I'd like to do a couple of cookie platters. I've already made the dough for rolled sugar cookies, baked my chinese cookies (still need to do the chocolate puddles in the centers) and made sugar cookies with sprinkles, and 3 color cookie squares with raspberry jam in b/w the layers and chocolate on top. I've also made a slab apple cake and would like to make one more thing- a white cake with lemon filling. I'd like to do the cake in a jelly roll pan and then fill the layers with lemon curd. Anyone have a recipe for a white cake like that?
