Looking for loose leaf tea/tisane

I've been drinking a lot of tea lately and want to broaden my horizons. Where are some good places for me to taste and or buy some loose leaf tea in DC?

Do they have to be in DC proper? Or metro accessible? Teavana is a great place in many malls around here. Wegman's in Fairfax has a nice section. And I know there are a couple places in old town. Also there are sellers at some of the farmers markets. And if you wander what is left of chinatown there are a few shops with more exotic teas.

In the Park Hyatt in Westend there is a nice tea parlor with exotic teas.

The only one I can think of in DC is Teaism - Penn Quarter and Dupont Circle.
