Anyone know where to find a high-quality country ham in SEA? One example of what I'm seeking would be Newsom's: http://www.newsomscountryham.com/

The only country ham I've seen, in passing, is at the Ranch 99 in Edmonds. I believe it was a Smithfield's.

genuine smithfield hams can be ordered from joe & don's butcher shop in the market (they'll run about $70) but i'm sure any good butcher can order one for you.

How 'bout The Swinery's ham? All things pork, and then some. Yum, yum, onolicious!
