Planning on doing some sliders as finger food for a Christmas party this weekend.
Any recommendations on best buns to use, where to get them?
I'd like something smaller than a dinner roll if possible.
YOu can also use pizza dough. That way you can cut it down to the right size. I find most commercial slider buns too large. follow instructions on label (or recipe) then cut out with cookie cutter to deisired size. Cover and let proof for another 15 min then bake at 350 till golden brown (10-12 minutes!) I find it is less work than going to a specific store and looks cuter!
