Lechon in Denver?

Does anyone have any bright ideas about where in the Denver area I can procure a suckling pig (Lechon) for Christmas dinner for my Argentinean husband?

    You might call Rancho Liborio, which has several markets in Colorado incl Aurora (Colfax Ave.) They have a large meat department and perhaps can help..

      Thanks! I'm going to call around today, I also thought Carniceria Guadalajara (owned by an Argentinean) might have them--I'll let you know if I succeed!

        Yes! Carniceria Guadalajara had the lechon, it cost around $100 for a 20 lb. one, they cut it for us so it would fit in our oven. Their info:303-937-7132 It's at 1st and Sheridan, 5185 W 1st Ave
