ISO raw duck livers

my friend makes the best foie gras but can't find any duck livers. help! i'm craving my annual duck pate.

    Not sure they have them but you might want to try Ottomanelli on Union Turpike

      Id check with the Brooklyn chinatown butchers - they handle lots of ducks and you probably could special order.
      the other obvious source is D'Artagnan but that would be pricey.

          Does your friend make duck liver pate or actual foie gras? Can you buy enlarged duck livers?

            sorry, duck pate. not foie gras. she just wants regular duck livers. not enlarged ones.

              many of the Chinese grocers/butchers in Brooklyn and Queens have all sorts of duck parts.

              Talk to Marlowe & Daughters in South Williamsburg. They are a butcher and frequently carry duck as well as their own homemade duck sausage and rillettes. I'm sure they'd be happy to order them for you.
