Goin' to Torrance, What's For Lunch?

LAmonkeygirl Dec 10, 2009 08:02 AM

Hey Hounds,

I have to head to Torrance this afternoon (to the Del Amo Mall, specifically), and was thinking of turning it into a lunch field trip. Any suggestions for lunch around there? I'm open to all cuisines. Thanks!

My favorite lunch spot in Torrance for the past year or so has been Ichimiann. Great hand made soba and udon, decent rice bowls and very, very cheap.

At the Del Amo Mall I like Lucille's BBQ or Chick-Fil-A.

Down the street on Hawthorne is an AYCE Chinese buffet, $6 for lunch which is pretty good. .

I've been interested in trying Chik-Fil-A. Tried to at the Atlanta airport, but they were closed on Sunday.

I like to go to Shin Sen Gumi too. California Ramen is worth a trip to Torrance in my opinion. There is so much good Japanese food in Torrance, why eat at the mall.
