The chef's room at Restaurant Eve in Alexandria has an amazing vegetarian tasting menu, they can even do Vegan if you tell them in advance. One of the best meals I've had.

For Equinox you might have to call ahead of time to let them know you will want a vegetarian tasting menu. But I'm sure they will help you out.

Doesn't Rasika also have a vegetarian tasting menu?

Too bad Butterfield 9 is no longer around. I use to get their vegetarian tasting menu and my bf would get the meat one and we would share.

I'm pretty sure Equinox has it as a standard option, but always a good idea to check - especially to see if you like the offering since it's so seasonal.

And YES Rasika has one, and a pretheater option that's a great deal (not tasting, but 3 courses)
