Decent Pub Grub in Canton

Not looking for anything crazy, just a solid burger, fries, and nice pint (or some variety of that meal) without spending more than $20. This stuff is easy enough to find in Fells Point and Fed Hill, why so difficult in Canton?

Ale Mary's, right in between Fells Point and Canton. Mamas on the Half Shell has a good burger and other sandwiches mostly under $10.

Mahaffey's is a good choice. Also try Birches, which has the best burgers around IMHO. It's cozy and comfortable.

Todd Connors...I think kind of in a Fells though. But good. Friday is $5 BURGERS! + they have Homemade Fries/Chips.

Has anyone eaten at Baltimore Taphouse on Fleet and Potomac?

The food at Sharkey's is pretty decent, but I've been disappointed with most other surrounding establishments.

Perhaps the Laughing Pint? I have never eaten there (just beer), but people say the food is tasty.

Mahaffey's Pub is a fine place to enjoy a very nice pint (16 premium drafts available) as well as finely cooked pub grub offerings - great burgers, rosemary garlic fries, fried calamari, wings, shrimp po-boy, etc.. Check them out:
