Stella Etrella bakery on Duluth, one block east of St. Laurent makes this cake. You may have to order in advance. I cannot confirm they are the best in town but you will certainly get on there.

There are loads of Portuguese bakeries around the Rachel and St Laurent area - I'd say those are your best bet...
