HSF Redux?

Wistfully hoping: does anyone know if HSF (Hee Seung Fung), formerly on Bowery where 27 Sunshine has replaced it, is or has reopened? Or at the very least if the people who made their char siu baos are employed somewhere else where I can once again pig out on the best porik buns evah? Just wondering...
