Dining in Ft. Collins/Loveland, CO
I'm looking for some dining recs in the Ft. Collins/Loveland area. We don't get down all that often and usually eat at Smashburger or Carrabbas. I'm interested in something locally owned, not a chain. We could go for just about any type of food except asian. Mexican with killer green chile is always a hit. Steaks, burgers, diners, Italian (Not Bisetti's) (Will do any place that serves good Pho, though) NoDon't want to spend a ton of money, but willing to pay for it if it's good, filling & satisfying. Sorry I'm not more specific. I'm familiar with the area and don't mind driving. Thanks

Don't have much to add, except that at the bottom of this thread were a list of similar threads, this one seems like it might be helpful: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/531302

Jay's Bistro (a favorite)
Rasta Pasta (an experience)
Suehiro Sushi ( I know you didn't want Asian but I couldn't help myself.)›3 Replies-

re: PitLab
I haven't. I live in Laramie which is a little over an hour north of Ft. Collins. We are around 5 hours south of Sheridan, & don't usually go there unless we have a reason. It sure is a beautiful part of the state though. I'll have to remember Oliver's the next time we head up that way. Thanks for the tip!
