OBX: open for chowhounds after the storm?

From what I've found on the net, the roads were opened mid November and I expect Hatteras Island has both lanes open now.
So ....are the restaurants open for business?
Who's great this fall?

As far as I know, just about everything on the OBX has returned to normal for this time of year. All of the restaurants are open (that stay open year-'round), some with abbreviated weeks. Just since the mid-November storm (some are calling it the "Friday-the-thirteenth storm") we've been to Roadside in Duck, Flying Fish in Nags Head, and Barefoot Bernies in Kitty Hawk, all very enjoyable. If you're contemplating going out for dinner, you should give the restaurant a call to check on their hours.
