Emile Henry on an induction cooktop

I just saw that Emile Henry is making some casseroles / ovens that are compatible to induction cooktops. I wonder if any of you have tried it, and your experience and results. My understanding is that they just kinda embed a metal disc to the bottom. While some people think that the induction converting disc is useless, the same goes for stainless steel cookware (don't they just clad a piece of magnetic metal to the bottom of the pan and call it induction compatible?)

I would be very interested in getting an EH just to tease my mother a little since she always says induction stoves are worthless if she can't use earthenware :-)

    1. Nevermind... I misread the lines. It'll be induction compatible with the extra disc... not interested anymore.
