Boneless Pork Loin chops in the slow cooker?

I have a few of these..pretty thin cut. Was thinking of throwing them in a slow cooker with apple slices, onion, garlic, broth and chutney. Any idea of how long I should cook it for? I only have 4-5 hours...

  1. Because thin cuts of pork cook pretty quickly, you could make them in the slow cooker in about 4 hours on the cooker's high setting...

Definitely. Brown them quickly on each side in a hot skillet first. Makes for richer flavor, better color, and seals in the juices even better. Pork of all cuts is my favorite thing to do in the crock pot.
