Downtown Crossing Holiday Market
Just swung by there today, on the corner of Summer and Washington. Not much to look at from the outside, but a few interesting vendors. On the edible side, there's a frozen farm-raised meat stand (Stillman Farms, I think) which had some nice looking beef and lamb products. A few bakeries, including Swissbakers. They had an interesting Swiss Christmas voodoo-doll bread, which I may pick up at some point.
The only thing I've tried so far was the Berliner (at the Swiss place), which was excellent. The guy at the booth laid it on a bit thick, though the same can't be said for the raspberry filling. Very tasty, however, and fresh. I may hit it tomorrow morning for breakfast, though the fillings change each day.

Looks like it's open again. Just picked up a chocolate filled berliner. Fastachi is there this year, so I was psyched to sample their nutz. They were pretty darned good, so I picked up a box for the office. Also saw the honey stand, when pigs fly bread, and a couple other food-related stands. Didn't see Stillman, unfortunately - hopefully coming soon.

I saw Stillman's there on Saturday. They're just selling meat and don't have any produce on display - did you overlook them, maybe? Also quite possible they're not there every day, unfortunately.
I got some excellent cookies from SwissBakers, along with word that they are opening a location in Allston. The woman didn't know any details, although I notice from their website that they sell biweekly at the German International School on Holton Street - not sure whether that was what she meant.

Just picked up some Stillman bacon - looks amazing. Almost bought a brisket, too. The best find of the day was a chocolate-filled Berliner from SwissBakers. It's basically a gooey chocolate truffle crammed in a doughnut. I was expecting a lame filling heavy on the whipped cream, light on the chocolate, and was happily surprised.
